Sometimes prints get lost in the post which we can understand is very frustrating. If you haven’t received your order within one week of being sent a shipping confirmation email please email us at: email@example.com so we can sort out replacements.
We have a strict no refund/return policy but will ensure you are happy. We will replace any prints that arrive damaged if you can show photographic evidence.
Small and medium prints are printed onto glossy photo paper, large prints are printed onto matte paper.
